When we wash the siding on your home we do not use high-pressure because it can damage your home. We use a low-pressure soft wash system and detergent with bleach additive. The bleach additive is necessary to kill all algae, mold, and mildew. It is100% effective and keeps your home cleaner longer. We cover plants and flowers when applying the detergent, and rinse them off with plain water after the tarps are removed to protect them from over spray. Our soft wash system allows us to clean all vinyl, aluminum, stucco, and hardy plank siding from the ground without the use of ladders; so you do not have to worry about anyone falling or getting hurt on the job. We clean everything from the ground to the exterior of the gutters, however, we do not squeegee the windows and the gutters sometimes have permanent black streaks from oxidation that can not be removed from washing alone. Washing will also not remove rust stains, oxidation, ivy, or egg stains.
